Purpose of SMS Communication

SMS messages are sent only to assist users who have initiated contact with a participating law firm. These messages relate solely to missed call follow-ups, intake assistance, and inquiry-related communication.
We do not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages.

How Users Provide Consent (Opt-In Process)

Users opt in by first contacting a participating law firm via its official business phone number.

If a call is missed, the user may receive a single SMS message such as:
“You recently contacted [Law Firm Name]. We can assist you via text regarding your inquiry and intake process. Reply YES to continue. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.”

Only if the user replies “YES” is consent recorded and further service-related messages sent.
No additional automated messages are sent without explicit opt-in.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the user’s interaction and inquiry needs. Typically, users receive 1–5 messages per inquiry.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

Users may opt out at any time by replying:
STOP — to unsubscribe from SMS communications

After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless the user initiates a new inquiry.
